Did you already try to plug the headphones in an out a couple of times?
Does it say "headphones" when you toggle the volume and no headphones attached?

I've tried it all and it still hasn't work I think my only choice will be to take it into Apple i can hear everything fine but once I want to get on FaceTime or have someone on speaker phone it's just dead silence I'm not sure what it could be.
