iCloud storage purchase never delivered to my account after PAYING for it

I submitted my credit card information and purchased iCloud storage 5 days ago and was billed for it but never got it. I am seeing the credit card transaction pending but Apple has not cleared it as yet. If it remains there for 10 days my bank will cancel the transaction/payment.

Why is it taking Apple so long to pick up on the purchase and send me my increased Storage amount?

In the meantime my phone cannot be backed up because I am at my storage limit.

My mobile provider is the only "Apple Support" listed in my Region and they said this is an Apple Service/Billing issue not related to their mobile service.

Can anyone help??

"Clearing" of a payment is done by your bank, not by Apple. Contact your credit card issuing bank.

Maybe check with your bank why it's pending.

Nope. Spoke to the Bank twice. They send Apple (the Vendor) has not picked up on the payment. That's why it's listed in "Pending Transactions". If it remains there for 10 days they will cancel the transaction.

The Link takes me back to the local mobile Provider. Same dead end. That's why I came here to see if anyone ever experienced the same problem.

My mobile Provider said it's an Apple issue (Billing/Service) and my Bank said Apple needs to pick up on the payment and I cannot reach any human being that knows how to fix it or get any support help from my location. Quite frustrating.

Hi, thanks again. The Contact Us link you referenced routes to the same local mobile provider page utilizing my Region Specific device serial number. And the provider has indicated that they cannot help me with the issue.

There are no chat, email, online expert or phone number options for my Region. Don't get me started on that. I have managed to locate an iTunes Contact Form online. I have submitted my query there. Maybe someone on that end could facilitate. *HUGE frustrated sigh*

6 Days and counting.
