Q: iCloud storage purchase never delivered to my account after PAYING for it
I submitted my credit card information and purchased iCloud storage 5 days ago and was billed for it but never got it. I am seeing the credit card transaction pending but Apple has not cleared it as yet. If it remains there for 10 days my bank will cancel the transaction/payment.
Why is it taking Apple so long to pick up on the purchase and send me my increased Storage amount?
In the meantime my phone cannot be backed up because I am at my storage limit.
My mobile provider is the only "Apple Support" listed in my Region and they said this is an Apple Service/Billing issue not related to their mobile service.
Can anyone help??
