Iphone 6s front camera is not working

Is anybody know why my iphone 6s front camera is not working?

The rear camera is working great, but when i turn into the secondary camera, first it shown a blurry image of rear camera then next all i can see is a still image of last capture of rear camera (which automatically capture). Is it hardware or software issue?i never drop my phone, but have just updating several apps. I have tried several solution by reseting the phone, restore to original (new phone option) and none of them is working for me. Bought the phone 2 month from US.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

Sorry, but if setting it back to factory settings without using any backup data did not bring back the front camera function, you'll have to get the phone serviced, your device is still under warranty.

If you are outside of the country of purchase, you'll have to bring it back to that country, the warranty for an iPhone is only valid in the country of purchase and Apple does not ship internationally.

Thanks for your information, yes i am outside the country of purchase, so even it's still under warranty so i cannot claim it. So sad.

Yes, that's one one the downsides of buying abroad. But if you have a person you can trust, that is traveling to or living inside that country, you could let them take care of that.
