Itunes - Will not show/play purchased video

I have Itunes 12.4.3 on Windows 10, and just purchased an album that has 2 videos in it. I cannot find them in my library at all. In the Itunes store they are marked as purchased (not play) under the album, but don't show up in my all purchases either. I can't play the videos, (songs are fine), can't redownload them or even find them anywhere.

Any idea?

Enable the side bar if hidden with Ctrl+S.
Move your mouse to the right of the word Library at the top of the side bar until you see the word Edit.
Click Edit, then put a tick against Music Videos, then click Done.
Select Music Videos. Your recent download should be in this list.

I've already tried that. I have other music videos in that tab, but the newly purchased ones are not there. I just find it odd that the songs play fine and are visible, but the videos are not. I've also checked in hidden purchases but nothing is hidden.

Hmm. Check for them in Home Videos, or the iTunes Media\Downloads folder. It isn't unheard of for a download to complete but not be added to the library, or be added to the wrong section. See Download your past purchases - Apple Support and Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support to see if the items are available to download. If you still have no luck use the Report a Problem site.
