Purchased Game of Thrones (Seasons 1-5) Playlist, but I cannot download or find the episodes or seasons.

I recently purchased the Game of Thrones Seasons 1-5 package bundle. My debit card has been charged and I also have the receipt from Apple. However I can not find the episodes or seasons on my purchased TV shows. If I click View My Account...>Purchase History, it will show up as purchased. If I click Purchased>Not In My Library, it will not show up. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help or give me advice.

don't hold your breath....this is what i got from them on the 27th october 2016....also subsequent emails have said.."we are looking into his with our engineers...:

not sure how we are going to resolve this other than taking to twitter or Facebook to gather support to get iTunes to be reasonable as they keep telling me their engineers are looking into it, but truthfully don't think they can resolve it....just cannot believe i have paid all that money and only got half way though those seasons! Like any big company they could easily make discretionary vouchers to buy the seasons either separately or in a different bundle....disgraceful that nothing so far is forthcoming.

Hi xxochitl,

I understand you just purchased seasons 1-5 of "Game of Thrones" and you are not seeing them in your iTunes Library.

What version of iTunes do you have installed? In the iTunes version 12.4.3.1, when you select the TV Shows category, and then click the "My TV Shows" tab, you should see all of your purchased content.

It's possible that the download didn't finish. Follow the steps below to restart your download or download your purchase again.

If your purchased content still does not appear on your MacBook Pro, click on the link below to report the issue.

also have this problem and iTunes support have been less than helpful....I can see it on the iTunes US store but not on the UK store......this is the drivel i got from them...:
