hello,apple

hope i didint distursb you guys

  i back to China a month ago,but when i back to China, my phone was show up some problem, then i called apple China wanna to get a technology support. but they told me i have to back to the US.cause they cant fix it in China.

at the begining, my phone sometimes going to shut down itself at the stand-by mode. then i called apple support in China ,they let me to recovery system,but.icloud always reminds something was wrong.then apple employee told me they didnt have any idea to help me to fix it,unless i back to the US.

   i dont know if it will help you guys get my situation, i already have a case code in apple China was **********.

   but unfortunately, i dont think ill back in recently years. i dont kown what should i do, can i mail back to the US.? or you guys can help me to connect apple China, im going to really appreciate it. you guys could connect me as email, cause i cant call you use my Chinese number. im sorry.my email address is *************

    Sorry, but the warranty and service options for an iPhone are only valid in the country of purchase. Since Apple does not ship internationally, you, or a person you trust, will have to take the phone back to this country of purchase to get it serviced.

    However, you can try these basic troubleshooting tips and see if the phone gets back to normal. The blue linked articles provide more details.

     

    1. Force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data.

    2. In case this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the phone. If it works, restore from the backup.

    Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

    3. If factory resetting does not help, you'll get the phone checked by Apple.
