Q: iCloud Photo Library

There is a specific video in my iPhone that is not uploaded/synchronized with iCloud Photo Library even though I have free space on iCloud. Any suggestions?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2

Try toggling iCloud Photo Library on/off to see if that might help.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

When I try to turn off it asks me if I want to delete from iPhone or download all content. What should I choose?

...and when I try to sign out it says that will delete all contents from iPhone.

I'm afraid to continue both actions because the only place that the video appears is in the iPhone. Are you sure that I won't loose it?

When it asks if you want to delete from iPhone, elect yes as that deletes it from the iPhone itself but doesn't touch it in iCloud.

But as I wrote before the video does not appear on iCloud but only in iPhone. The problem is that I can not force it to upload to iCloud. Everything else even though photos and videos taken after that video are synchronizing normally

whatever I do there are 80 videos on iPhone but 79 on iCloud
