Q: iOS Backup & Restore + 2 Step Authentication apps

If using any 2 Step Authentication Apps (specifically: Authy, Blizzard Authenticator, Steam app)

And if you

1). Get a new iPhone and restore from an iCloud backup

or

2). Use the Windows iTunes program to backup and then restore (to same iPhone)

Does this break the 2 Step Authentication apps?
