What happens if you forgot you Apple id and password and can't get into your iphone?
I forgot my apple id and password, I made a new one but doesn't let me go in how can I get back into it?

Not sure I understand your question. To "get in" to an iPhone, you need your Lock Screen password, not your Apple ID, so where are you that it is asking you for your Apple ID and password?
