Phone is under warranty. I took the phone to service centre, The service centre guy told its common since circuits and all is embedded in the top of the screen 😝 . (Service centre: iplanet Kathruguppe, Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore)

Then he agreed to take the phone after i take the backup.

I went through similar complaints from many users across the globe.

Need to know if i give my phone , will it be taken care by apple authorised service guy?
