Q: It generate huge heat when charging or not charging. How can be the problem solved

My Mac book pro OS X EI Capitan 10.11.6 is generating heat when it runs. The heat increased further when it charged. Machine is very  slow.

 

Plz help me to solve the problem(s).

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
