How do i "create an ipod version" in iTunes 12.4.3?

Can anyone help? I just downloaded iTunes 12.4.3 and the option to "Create New Version" is gone from the File>Menu list - why? If Apple has been stupid enough to remove it - how else am I to manually manage what videos I put on my ipod?

You shouldn't need to change the format of the video to control what videos are placed on the device. If the video isn't compatible with it that it is a different matter. That said I cannot find the familiar create iPod/iPhone feature in the current build of iTunes either. 😕
