A friend of mine recently moved from China to France. Today she changed the language of her macbook and when it restarted it was locked and she had to type a 4 digit pincode she never made. I got her to call the apple in china, and they said it got locked becuase they thought it had been stolen, and she have to go to the apple store to let them help. Is this really the only option? There is no applestore in the city and she urgently needs to use it today.
