hey y'all. having some trouble with my photos and videos in Camera Roll. Firstly, some videos that have been saved from SnapChat arent playing. I cant upload photos to facebook as none are loading. So i tried to import all my photos to the Photos App aswell as Image Capture on my Mac and the photos just wont import or load on the computer. So i cant back my phone up and restore it as i want to keep all my photos.
Does anyone have a solution to this. thanks in advance
