Touchpad not working for a few seconds after I touch it with more then one finger...

I've already tried SMC and PRAM resets but that does not work. I have found someone with kind of a similar problem (Trackpad is sometimes not working on MBP after OS X 10.8.2 upgrade)

but the steps that seem to work for them do not work for me.

so, as described in the title. the touchpad works fine as long as I just touch it with one finger, so scrolling with two fingers or changing desktops do not work. the mouse freezes for a few seconds after I've touched it with 2 fingers. After about 3 seconds it starts working again.

If there is anyone with the same problem let me know!
