Q: Applescript; quicktime screen record doesn't stop

Hey, i'm struggling with an applescript to start/stop quicktime screen record.

Everything is fine till when i close the record. I get the msg: "Quicktime Player got an error:AppleEvent timed out"

I used 2 different types of ways; the first one is as shown in the attach (all instructions are inside RunAppleScript) and the second  using the Start Capture and Stop Capture from the Applescript Actions.

Can someone help me?
