It is my understanding you are experiencing an issue playing a video on your iPhone. I will certainly try my best to help you out.
Since it worked before, the first thing I would suggest is to close all apps and then restart the phone.
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once you have closed the apps and restarted the iPhone, try and play the video again and see if it plays the way it should.
