Q: Buy Book option in Photos not letting me order

I am trying to Buy a Book in Photo. I get as far as entering in my credit card security code when a meessage pops up...

"The credit card associated with this Apple ID is assigned to the Australia store. If you change the store, you will need to place the order again."

 

Yes my credit card is assigned to the Australia store, and I do not need to change the Store. It then gives me two options either "Continue" or "Cancel". Hitting "continue" takes me back to the Photo Project, hitting 'Cancel' takes me back to the start of the ordering process.

 

Im running:

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014)

OS X EL Captian

Version 10.11.6

 

 

Can you help?

    In the Photos preferences what do you have selected for the Print Products Store country?

     

    That Preference, the billing address and shipping address all need to match

    Yes I've double checked that its Australia, consistant with my billing information and shipping address.

    Are you currently in Australia?  Are your system preferences > Language and Region and your timezone set to Australia?

     

    Open your Account information from the Photos menu > Print Product Store account.

     

    Check and enter again each and every detail, check even the phone number and the country prefix,

    Check also your own card in Contacts and check the formatting.

    For the address on your card clickthe address field pop-up and set it the "Change Address Format".  Make sure, Australia is selected from the list.
