Sep 12, 2016 5:38 AM in response to @MAstilleroFby JimmyCMPIT,you can delete the app store cache in the event your downloads get stuck.
close out of the app store
open the Terminal (Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app)
type
open $TMPDIR../C/
press return
delete the folder
com.apple.appstore
open App Store and download the application again.

Sep 12, 2016 5:57 AM in response to Eau Rougeby @MAstilleroF,Thanks so much. I'am trying that, but after 3 Mb downloaded, it shows more than 20 hours download por 414Mb left about. I think I'll have same problem.

Sep 12, 2016 6:07 AM in response to JimmyCMPITby @MAstilleroF,I did. The download started well but... when arriving to 100 Mb, it slowed down and suddenly stopped. Similar behaviour than before cleaning cache.
:-(
Do not know what more to do.

Sep 12, 2016 7:52 AM in response to @MAstilleroFby @MAstilleroF,Finally I found out the solution at this page:
Epigraph: "Incorrect Date and Time settings".
I suspected there was a more general problem because several times the Apple Store (1) required me to sign in or (2), when downloading some apps, returned that the app was not in the selected Country Apple Store (and I was sure it was).
The question is that, I do not know way, the zone-time selected in "Date & Time" was the American Apple Time but not the European Apple Time. The strange thing is that I did not choose the American one. This is a Mac Mini just bought, and configured as an Spanish user.
In any case, thanks to everybody.
M.
