    Yes, of course. My ipad2 will not shut off, first of all. When i press and hold down the power button on top, the slide to shut off indicator never does show. Then I plug it into comp via USB and turn on itunes. When I try to shut it off HARD, it simply won't. I try recovery by holding the home and power button, but I never get any further than the white Apple Logo.
