GREY APPLE ID

When I upgrade the system (OS X EI), it need the Apple ID,but it is grey that I can't change it. I don't know the ID password because it a second-hand macbook.

How to change the ID? I try to reinstall the system. but it didn't work. I can download other apps from App Store by using my Apple ID. Only the upgrade system can't.
