Q: Podcast feed shows new episodes but feed validators and subscribed itunes do not update

Hello everyone, I've run in to a fairly strange issue this morning while releasing my latest podcast episode.  When I publish a new episode, it shows up in the feed but it won't show in itunes.  I know there's a delay for the itunes store to show the episode but the episode shows when I check with a subscribed podcast app.

Here's my podcast on itunes:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/church-collective-worship/id672308308?mt=2

The latest episode can be found in the rss feed and as best as I can tell, everything looks ok:

http://thechurchcollective.com/podcast-rss

But when I look at the feed through a feed validator, it won't show the newest episode from today.

While trying to figure out what could be wrong, I tried to place the audio from today in last week's episode (108) and when I go to play it, it still plays the audio from last week even though the rss feed shows that I put a different file in the enclosure.  So for some reason, the feed is not being updated even though it is actually updating.

Thanks in advance for your help, I've learned a lot already just searching through this community.

The Store, subscribing in iTunes, and the feed itself all shown episode 108 as the latest, and when playing the episode in iTunes it announces itself as 108.

Your web page at http://thechurchcollective.com shows an episode (number 14) dated today. It plays from a Soundcloud embedded player, which appears not to be the case with episode 108, and such a player won't work in iTunes (so this is presumably why Wordpress has not placed it in the feed).
