Q: handoff problems

Hello

I have macbook pro 101 and iPhone6s and iPad mini2
I want to use handoff between them but i can't. iPad can connect to macbook but iphone can't.

i'd did this these three things but not answered

  1. Make sure your computer and mobile device are compatible with Handoff
  2. Turn Bluetooth off and on all of your devices
  3. Sign out of iCloud on all of your devices and sign back in

now what to do??

sorry for mistakes i'm from Iran and I'm not good at English.
