Q: Can I use OSX El Capitan on my late 2011 macbook pro 10.7.5 lion? I get a warning el capitan is for os x 10.11

Is my late 2011 mac book pro 15"suited to use El Capitan? Everything I read says "yes" but when I'm about to download I get a warning message that El Capitan is for ox s 10.11. I have 10.7.5.

You need to download El Capitan (10.11) via the App Store.
