Is this an iTunes scam?

I just received an e-mail purporting to be from iTunes (although the address was 'notify4729@cis.rit.edu') demanding £26.55 for Music Membership from 31/10/2016. The "Purchased From" iPad's name is not one I own or recognise.

Has anyone seen this before?
