Every time I restart my computer i get a popup window asking me to deny/allow incoming network connections from python.app. I have checked my firewall settings and they are set to allow incoming network connections. How can I fix this so I don't have these messages?

Create a new account and boot into that account. If the problem persists it may be some other application is triggering the request or it could be the Firewall app is causing the issue. Depending on how and where you use your mac an OS Firewall may not be necessary.
