If she uses your AppleID for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud then you are sharing the same accounts for all of those services. She needs her own AppleID for all of those. You can set up family sharing to share iTunes, iBooks and App Store purchased content.

That's because you are both using the same Apple ID. Get a different ID and use Family Sharing instead.
