Since I have updated computers to OS X 10.11.6, users on a network environment are getting no loops when launching Garage Band or Logic for the 1st time, and re-index loops seems to be a solution but it can take up to 10 minutes and it will repeat when same user logs on a different machine.
Anyone else getting this issue?
Any ideas how to make it back to normal or what is causing it?
