Q: Light scratch in screen of macbook pro

There is a Light scratch in screen of my macbook pro. It's faint, but I notice it. Any ideas on how to lessen the scratch?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), 16GB RAM

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter inspection of the screen for advice.
