Q: activity screen issue after workouts
Have issues with touch screen being non-responsive toward end of workouts. My guess is it's related to body moisture. Run, cycle or skate, towards the later half of a 90 minute workout and always at the end, force pressure doesn't activate the screen to pause or end the work out. If I can get to the next screen, same issue occurs. Can take 2-3 minutes to end the program. Frustrating. Is the watch defective? Suggestions as to next steps?

Hi
If your watch is not performing as expected, the following steps may help:
- If the screen is wet, dry it and your hands before ending your workout.
- If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Restart both your iPhone and your watch:
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- Unpair and re-pair your watch:
- The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch automatically when unpairing via the app. Choose to Restore from Backup during set up. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
If the issue then persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch checked and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (whether under warranty, if eligible, or via chargeable repair service):
- Contact - Official Apple Support
- https://twitter.com/applesupport
- http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
To check your warranty status (the serial number is on the back of your watch):
