Remote Restrictions Management

Is it possible to remotely adjust restrictions within iOS? I've read loosely about MDM and enterprise solutions, but I'm just needing to lightly allow and block specific websites across 8 or so devices remotely and wasn't sure if this ability already existed without extensive 3rd party software and jailbreaking for remote screen viewing. I'm willing to do a bit of setup if it requires a few Apple development steps but I'm not even sure if the ability exists without extensive software integration.
