My apple id was disabled and i cant restore it because i forgot my security question please help
I cant update my iphone because it will need my apple id for activation. Please help me.

I dont have the option "reset security question"

There are various ways to reset an apple id password and via security questions is one of them but there are other options.

I cant access my iccount to get the email. I also forgot my rescue email address that was my first apple id/iphone and some of my information there was not true so i cant remember. I only remember my email and password. But then it was lock. 😟
