I received message to update software today.

Update stopped after 15mins was requested to connect itunes.

itunes cannot restore or update phone shows error 29

Can no longer use phone

My itunes is up todate, wish I had ignored update now.

Please keep it simple I am an a very old senior.

Check for hardware issues
