See if you can reset them yourself : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If you can’t then contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Try using Apple's iForgot service. If you can't reset the security questions through it, you need to ask Apple's Account Security team to do so. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
