Your Activity progress - including from any workouts - should sync automatically after you switch between watches.
Check that you have paired them and are switching between them in accordance with the instructions in the following support article, including the related advice under the heading "Get help":

Sep 12, 2016 3:54 PM in response to Jonathan UKby sicem98,Thanks Jonathan - looked at the article and I have done exactly what's listed, but the activity is not syncing between the two devices. I've tried both the Auto Switch on and manually connecting to the two watches and the data just doesn't sync.

Sep 12, 2016 4:04 PM in response to sicem98by Jonathan UK,The following steps may help:
- Close all open apps on your iPhone and then restart your iPhone and each watch:
- On your iPhone: double-click the Home button, then swipe up on each app preview to close it;
- Turn all devices off, then restart your iPhone first;
- Update to the latest software (iOS 10 and watchOS 3 are due for release on 13 September):
- Unpair and re-pair your watches:
If the issue then persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance:
- Close all open apps on your iPhone and then restart your iPhone and each watch:

Sep 12, 2016 6:14 PM in response to sicem98by Carolyn Samit,★HelpfulIf it's any consolation, it's not working on my watches either. Very frustrating when you've tried everything in the support article.
I have sent feedback to Apple.
