Q: New Update messed up my phome. please help!!!
I recently updated my phone and sense then my phone 'dies' its like i dead but then it randomly turns on. At first I thought my phone was just old and it finally died but it happened to my friend to. I'm not sure what I can do to fix it.

The general advice in these situations is a restart, forced restart, restore form backup, and finally restore as new - in that order:
