Apple Watch - go back to paring in set up

Hi, i just received my Apple Watch Sport today. I successfully paired my watch and iphone, and went on with updating the watch...the submitted time was 4 hours. In mistake i closed the watch-app on my phone, and when i tried to get back to the updating my phone keeps saying there was an mistake, so i cancels the whole thing to start over. My watch now is stuck at a screen saying 'Fortsæt indstillningen på din iPhone' meaning 'continue the update on your iPhone'. My question is, how do i get back to pairing my Iphone and Watch, so i can update the watch, i have tired to restart the watch, which doesn't help.

Hoping for help, cause i'm really starting to think i just ruined the watch on my first day 😟

My Watch and Iphone haven't disconnect, i think my phone think they aren't connected and my watch think they are, therefore can't use the guide you sent my

My watch is stuck here, i can't do anything, that turning it of

You didn't ruin your watch...

Follow the instructions carefully in this support article > If your Apple Watch isn't connected to your iPhone - Apple Support

Be careful to not close the Watch app on your iPhone.

Did not notice her.

If you open Settings on your phone and tap on BlueTooth you should see if the watch is still connected or you can also disconnect from the watch which should let you start from the beginning.

Note that is not possible to either disconnect or unpair your watch from your iPhone via Settings > Bluetooth.
