Problem: Windows 10PRO on MacBook

I have a problem installing Windows 10 Pro on my MacBook.

When i want to install it with ISO from the windows site on bootcamp, it won't let me choose the iso file. I also only got 2 crosses when i want to click continue.

Any ideas how to install it?
