Looking at purchasing a new MacBook. From what I can tell there is no SD card reader. I don't see any adaptor accessories for SD readers either. Is it possible to use an SD card with the new MacBooks? Thanks!

Hopefully someone else will find an adapter for you.
There are a plenty of external USB card readers available. In the case of the MacBook, expect to use an USB-C to USB-A adapter with most of them.
