Q: setup a wifi network

Hello everybody,

i am using an airport express base since almost 3 years to create a wifi in our company meeting room, from our local LAN. The device suddendly crashed and stop working, after a long service this is not probably a big issue but I have struggled almost a day to try to set it up again...unfortunately without success because I do not remember how to set it up!

The airport express apparently fails to get a right IP from our server, if DHCP option is enabled and it is not working either if I provide a valid static IP. is there available a how to guideline to create my wifi network?
