Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If needed find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.

Apart from taking it in for repair the alternative solution would be ussing the assistive touch function on the phone to replace pressing the home button. Down side if device freezes you wont be able to force restart it.
