Q: Why does my iPad works slower every time a new up date is installed?

Every time an update is installed on my Ipad2' does it work slower every time?  It also increasingly has to reload a webpage because it says an error has occurred with the page.  Looks to me that it's the operating system that my IPad is running on.  I wish I still had the original operating system that was on the iPad when I got it.

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.5

It is possible that you have a very full iPad and each update pushes the iPad closer to its storage limit.  If so, free up some space and you should see a remarkable improvement.

Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (under Storage) and be certain you have absolutely no less (hopefully much more) than 10% of the iPad's total storage free.

How much free data storage space is left on your iPad 3?

How many apps do you have running in the background in the iOS App Switcher?

Try some or all of my tips here.

    FYI,

My 64 GB data storage iPad (20 GBs free data space left) is working great on the last iOS 9.3.5 update release.
