Websites displays events in UTC only on iPhone

When browsing websites for times and events, such as sporting events on ESPN, the start times are displayed in UTC time zone.

I have gone to settings and made sure my time zone is set to automatic. I have also toggled it to manual, and put CST as my time zone. I have restored factory settings, reset all settings, reset location and privacy, and reset network settings. I have not, however, set the phone up as a new phone, as I have been an iPhone owner since 1st gen.

Further, I have deleted browsing history, cookies and passwords in both Chrome and Safari. I do not possess this issue in my iOS calendar events.

I also don't have this issue when browsing from a computer. The issue persists on any website. It has only started since about 6 months ago
