I'll stay in charlotte 01-23 september. I want to know if I''can buy the iphone 7 unlocked?
Apple will not be selling unlocked devices right away.

If you enrol in the iPhone Upgrade Program, you will receive an unlocked iPhone 7, which Apple will activate on your choice of AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon. Once activated, the iPhone will remain unlocked.

yes - this is true!
I have a reservation for the 16th to get a 7+ and into the program for the first time.
Since my carrier (T Mobile) is not available, I have reserved the ATT carrier but all I have to do is swap out the SIM card over.
- When will they start to sell unlocked phones?
It is usually about 30 days, but if you purchase a device full price, I believe it is the T-Mobile version that people are getting. It is unlocked, but you do not have to have a contract to get it, like the other versions.
