Q: iPad email trouble

I Am using the iPad email app.   However somehow I am getting more and more junk mail.  Up to 100 junk emails a day. I did not look at my email for a few weeks and when I tried to I find that I can no longer receive new emails as they are all being bounced back to the sender.   I can not seem to delete old emails either.  There is no way to mark garbage emails and have them removed so had to manually delete them.  Now my messages are bounced and I keep seeing deleted emails back in the inbox.  How do I delete messages I don't see.  How do I get the bouncing to stop?

iPad, iOS 9.3.5

Try resetting your Mail Account but the issue with junk emails is from your provider so it will come back. You need to get in touch with them.

First close your Mail App completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Mail preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > locate your email provider, click on the account and swipe to Delete. Then restart the device. Then go back to Settings > Mail… and add the account again.
