I just purchased a used MacBook and changed the computer name and added a user and locked it after restarting the lock is unlocked and now I cannot lock the changes, When I click the lock it does nothing Can anybody help??

Reset the NVRAM. Power it off. When you turn it back on and hear the first startup chime, hold down the CONTROL + OPTION + P + R keys. Keep holding them until you hear the second startup chime.
Please help me to return my iphone 5s sofeware.

I tried your suggestion 4 times and never got the second startup chime and when I went into system preferences I got a popup telling me that ( a key chain cannot be found to store "localdevice se0f3d88-c15a-58a7-b6b0-ab2be43d5228-authToken") and I still cannot lock the changes to the user account,
