Print error when using Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-V C2275
I'm using an MacBook Pro running OS X El Capitan (10.11.6). I'm trying to connect to a Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-V C2275 T2. Until 2 weeks ago I could print without issue. Now every time I try to print I get an error: "016-749:JCL Syntax Error". The error is only visible on the printer itself. There is no indication on my computer that the print job failed.
I've tried pretty much every combination of:
- Deleting the printer
- Downloading and installing new drivers from Fuji Xerox
- Adding the printer
- Restarted computer
When I go to select the driver there are actually 3 options and I've tried them all with each giving the same result.
- FX DocuCentre-V C2275 T2 v3018.103 PS
- FX DocuCentre-V C2275 T2 v3018.103 PS 2H
- FX DocuCentre-V C2275 T2 v3018.103 PS 2J
I don't know what the difference is but I've tried them nonetheless.
I've tried printing using Adobe Acrobat, MS Word and Preview. All have the same result.
The printer is a networked printer which I usually have to find using the IP address. On a few occasions when I've gone to add it, it does appear in the 'default' tab.
As I mentioned, I hadn't had any issues with the printer until about 2 - 3 weeks ago and now I can't print. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
