When will the iTunes redesign be available for Windows?

The instructions for Windows are as follows:

Windows

1. Open iTunes.
2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates. Learn what to do if you can’t see the menu bar.
3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.

I wouldn't bother, not much has changed as far as I can see except more screen space is wasted in the recently added section. It is now broken into section Today: This Week : This Month, so you get huge amounts of dead white space on screen, unless you're adding lots off stuff each day.
