I understand from your post that you have a movie that will not completely download and keeps trying to redownload over and over again. I know how important it is for you to be able to fully download your movie so you can watch it. I recommend following the steps from the following article I highlighted below:If an iTunes Store purchase unexpectedly stops downloading
If you can't complete the download on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your device.
