while backing up my iPhone 6 and updating to new iOS my phone froze with the Apple image and the progress line and froze. It has been about 10 hours and it will not turn off or reboot.
My phone has been frozen for ten hours after syncing with macbook pro for backup and uploading photos. I was about to also update iOS software when
I received error saying phone was not able to update due to error. Apple image appeared with progress line and it will not turn off or reboot in any way.
